Some of the best career decisions I have ever made came after discussions with a thought partner. That thought partner could have been someone who was once in my shoes or a person going through the same set of challenges I was going through.

Ultimately, the benefit of having someone to speak with is adding additional perspective. I bring a lot of perspective to my coaching and it starts with being a great listener.

From those conversations, I will help you with:

  • Explore who you are, what you want and devise a plan to make your current self meet your future self. I do not promise overnight success - I promise a footpath for you to follow and a flashlight which is my perspective

  • While no job is possible without the right set of skills, it is imperative that in addition to those skills, you learn how to manage relationships up and down the seniority ladder. I will show you several techniques from servant leadership to managing your manager.

  • Revamp your resume and online presence away from who you’ve been to who you want to be.

    Chart a new path that involves acquiring the right skills along the way to make your candidacy undeniable. Resumes that fit your target role from startup to experienced corporate executive.

  • No job is meant to be held forever. Each opportunity should be seen as a stepping stone to the next opportunity. Once you start a new role, the clock should already begin ticking on how and when you will achieve success by obtaining that next uncomfortable role. Work with me to understand what that journey looks like and how to prove to yourself and those around you that you’re ready for the next level.

Each session will last 55 minutes

I meet clients via video or phone. If travel is required, book a discovery call so we can discuss further.

Fees

Cancellations + Policies

All contracts are binding. I do not offer refunds on coaching services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package.  When refunds are an option, you can have “one foot in” the work, and “one foot out” the door.  It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you.  If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you. 

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date.  Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.  It is important that you prioritize this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package.
